      What's a Tablet PC?

Tablet PCs are compact, ultra-portable entertainment devices that let you read email, surf the Internet, read eBooks, view photos, play games, listen to music and watch video files. Most tablets are based on a smaller operating system, which allows you to purchase and download additional applications from supported stores. Tablet PCs do not have a CD/DVD drive and will not run Microsoft Windows or its applications. Tablet PCs function as a secondary device for casual entertainment purposes, and are not meant to replace a computer. They are ideal for use around the home and on the go with WiFi or 3-4G mobile broadband connections (pay as you go, contract may be required for service).

I bought this when it was on sale for my daughters birthday. I put it straight in the closet when i got home since her birthday was 3 months away. Finally her birthday comes around and i wrap it up and give it to her so when she opens it we realize the screen is cracked! I called RCA and they told me to take it back to Walmart. I tell them that its been 90 days since I bought it (and explained why we have not opened yet) and they told me they would be happy to repair the screen if I paid up!! So basically I paid for the tablet, opened the box to a broken screen, and now RCA wants me to drop more money on a screen that we did not break??? NO I tell them Im not paying RCA any more money, threw the tablet in a drawer and bought her a kindle. Take it from me and give your money to a company that cares about the customers!!!
